A rebranding project for my hometown of Kampung Baru Ampang as a place
of cultural diffusion, meaning that it spreads out Cthinese culture and traditions.
A town is made up of the people who live in it and unforgettable memory and moments make up our lifetime. Chinese culture and traditions have been slowly forget by the youngest.
Moving away from home, the younger generation no longer know their roots.
The logo is a symbolic of the chinese’s traditional door frame to represent and
open door to know your family and culture.
Hence, by creating workshop to promote living heritage activities, and showcasing traditional food and products, the town and its culture can be brought back alive.
